How to Get Started

Paducah Power System is now offering On-Line Bill Presentment and Payment.

By utilizing this new product, you will receive an email notifying you that a new monthly electric bill now exists and can view the bill on-line by simply clicking the "view bill" option.

In addition to viewing your bill, each customer will have the option of paying the bill on-line by using either a MasterCard or VISA.

If you have multiple accounts with Paducah Power System, you will have access to all your bills and the on-line payment option.

In order to begin internet electronic billing, contact Paducah Power System at (270)575-4000 and we will setup the account for e-billing.

For access to online payments, enter your account number and password printed on your bill.  After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password.  Once the password is changed, it will not appear on the next bill.  Contact Paducah Power System at (270)575-4000 if you have difficulty signing on to the site or if you forget your password.
